Portage North

 Arbor Construction was General Contractor on this  multi-tenant retail center, completed in July 2017. Tenants in the new 9,715-square- foot retail project, Portage North are expected to open by November 2017. The tenant lineup includes Dental Works, Mattress Firm, and fast casual Italian Eatery, Piada Italian Street Food, which will also include a patio for outdoor dining. Portage North is located in Cuyahoga Falls, adjacent to Portage Crossing, another Stark Enterprises development which opened in late 2014. .

NorthPark Plaza

Arbor Construction was the General Contractor on this multi-tenant retail center, completed in July 2017. NorthPark Plaza is a new 15,000-sf shopping center with small shop and drive-thru opportunities, ideally located at a signalized intersection on Rt 303, just ½ mile from I-71. The property is situated in the middle of a thriving atmosphere and community hub with dense retail, Community Center and Brunswick High School all within ½ mile. Tenants include PizzaFire, Sprint, Starbucks, Supercuts, Hot Head Burritos, and DentalOne Partners.

Crocker Park

Arbor Construction has held various roles on different Phases of the Crocker Park Mixed Use Development. Arbor was JV Partner with Whiting-Turner for Phase 1 built in 2004 and Phase 2 built in 2008. Currently, Arbor is General Contractor and Construction Manager on Phase 3 which commenced construction in 2014, and was completed late 2016.  Arbor has completed the 110 room Hyatt Hotel as Construction Manager. As General Contractor, Arbor has recently completed the 384 space precast “Block K” parking garage, the shell retail buildings for Yard House and Texas de Brazil and 125,000 SF of shell retail on the south end of the site. Additionally, Arbor was the General Contractor on the 384 unit Apartments named “Ovation” which was completed mid-2016.

 

Crocker Park is a premier mixed-use property located on 75 tree-lined and beautifully landscaped acres in Westlake, Ohio.

 

Its 12 city blocks feature a mixture of internationally known retail stores, Class A office buildings, fine dining establishments, luxury apartments and spectacular homes. Spanning 3 million SF. Crocker Park attracts an estimated 16 million visitors each year and continues to expand.ors each year and continues to expand.

Eton Chagrin Boulevard

In 2003 Arbor was General Contractor through a JV Partner on the first phase of the $20 million  Eton redevelopment project.

 

In 2015, Arbor was the General Contractor on the West Expansion of Eton for the relocated Trader Joe's building and the further West Expansion of what is now called “Eton West End." The project was a six-acre redevelopment which included demolition, sitework, and shell building construction. The $10 million expansion consisted of the new 12,000 SF Trader Joe's building, 8,000 SF Multi-Tenant Building, and the 9,000 SF Texas de Brazil shell building.

 

Located just east of the I-271 / Chagrin Boulevard interchange, this award-winning lifestyle property consists of 330,000 SF of upscale retailers, specialty shops, and exclusive dining.

 

With a trade area population of 800,000 and average household income approaching $120,000, Eton Chagrin Boulevard exists at the heart of one of Cleveland’s most affluent communities.

Portage Crossing

 

Arbor was the General Contractor on the 30 acre retail development anchored by Giant Eagle and Cinemark.  Arbor was General Contractor on the $10 million site developement, as well as the $5 million four mult-tenant buildings. Arbor ws also the General Contractor on the 35,000 SF  Cinemark XD 10, completed in late 2014.

 

Portage Crossing is a walkable and unique marketplace of national and regional retailers, combined with grocery, entertainment and diverse dining options, that make up this distinctive 240,000 SF development.

 

With convenient access from multiple exits off Route 8 and regional access from I-77, I-76, I-271 and the Ohio Turnpike (80), the property serves the communities of Cuyahoga Falls, Silver Lake, Peninsula, Hudson, Stow and Richfield.

Liv+ Arlington

 

Arbor Construction is owner's Construction Representative, overseeing the construction of this 789 bed student housing project. The project consists of approximately 350,000 gross square feet of wood framed apartments as well as a new 715 car precast parking garage. The next generation of student apartment living, Liv+ is an amenity-rich, community-centric development that places the ultimate emphases on connectivity. Liv+ will launch at The University of Texas at Arlington, with plans for rapid growth at major universities across the United States. Characterized by a unique “plus” system of amenities, Liv+ will provide students with a dynamic live/learn environment that will enrich the college experience.
